Payment & Shipping terms
Our shipments within EU (European Union) can be paid by credit cards accepted via PayPal, or wire transfer.
When shipping outside EU, payment can be done by credit cards via PayPal, or by wire transfer.

The buyer will also receive the bank details for the prepayment in the email confirmation right after placing the order.
The sales prices include the legal Lithuanian VAT of 21% . You will find the shipping cost in your CART while proceeding with the check-out, which will be added to the sale depending on the shipping method and the destination. Shipping costs outside the EU (European Union) are part of a separate agreement, if they can't be found in the shipping cost table.
When paying by wire transfer, the customer is bound to wire the full order amount including shipping costs within five (5) business days. Special agreements are possible and need a written approval by „Aeroteka“UAB. If the money is not received within five (5) business days and after a further payment request, the order will be cancelled

You may return any item for a full refund, provided that you return the product within 30 days and obtain an RMA number. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in its original saleable condition.
Any defective product will be exchanged for the same product at no charge as long as it is returned within 30 days and an RMA number has been obtained. We will take care of contacting the manufacturer - you only need to contact us!
There is no return for the following products:
- Non-listed spare parts, especially made or ordered for you or that can`t be returned becaue of shape.
- All sorts of CDs, Videos, DVDs, etc. after they have been opened and seal has been broken.
- Products with a short life like database updates, online software, Jeppesen Trip Kits, charts, maps, etc.
