Magnum aircraft recovery systems are state of the art, latest technology design. The system is engineered and tested by highly educated and trained professionals. Our system comprises of 3 major components: the parachute, the rocket and the activation mechanism.

Parachute |

Magnum parachutes are made of the latest materials by our highly trained employees in the Czech Republic. We strive for safety, quality and comfortable descent rates. |
|
Rocket |
|
![]() |
Magnum rockets are the best in the industry, designed to military fighter jet ejection seat standards. We use the proven propellant, nitroglycerin powder charge, called Lovex. It is made specifically for us by a leading explosives manufacturer, Explosia s.r.o. This material is environmentally friendly and very stable over time. The thrust of our rockets is adequate under all conditions and is powerful enough to fully extend the parachute and take the sleeve off to prepare the canopy for an opening. |

Activation mechanism |
|

The activation mechanism is made of aircraft quality cable with housing of Teflon and metal flex Bowden. The activation handle has a dual safety locking mechanism to offer an extra deterrence against an accidental activation and a lock for transport and storage. The mechanism is designed to offer a very low resistance to deployment forces under all mounting conditions and remains so over the lifetime of the system. |

Environmental and corrosion resistance |

We pay particular attention to the environmental effects on our system. Our parts and containers are made of stainless steel and aluminum alloys. |
